Curious how many of you ladies got pregnant your first time TTC. My husband and I BD once during my fertile window. I’m now in the 2ww and am going crazy waiting to test. I feel like I’ve been having symptoms since 3/4dpo (cramping, backache, loss of appetite, maybe a little nausea?). Not sure if I’m just hyper-aware right now in anticipation or if this is just PMS, or if it could really be it. Just desperate for something to go on. AF isn’t due until next Monday or Tuesday.
