I’ve decided to get healthier this year. Not only to lose weight, but to have a good healthy life. Everyone in my life is very supportive of it, and this makes me so happy. My boyfriend, and family are all trying to lose weight and get healthy also so it’s nice to have people with me. This morning i ate a healthy breakfast (eggs and ham with water) and worked out for 30 minutes. I’ve never felt better. does anyone have any tips to help me through this?
