I need help
So my dr told me that she wants me to lose 10 pounds in 3 months and i didn’t listen so now I’m crunched for time. She told me that i have to do an array of things not just eating healthy to lose weight. I don’t know exactly what i can do at the gym that would help me lose weight. I have another appointment at the end of this month with her and i don’t care if i don’t lose the 10 i just wanna be able to lose something. I have pcos so its hard to lose it but if some of you could help me i would appreciate it so much 😁
