Anyone else get really bad cramps randomly and freak out thinking it’s a threatened miscarriage but then turn out to be the poops 😒 seriously freaked out for nothing because my cramps went away unless it was from me getting so nervous from my first appointment today because she gave me an internal and pushed on my tummy so hard I thought she killed my baby I’m only 8 weeks
