Keto Diet
So I’ve tried the keto diet before, but got really sick so I stopped doing it. I did lose a ton of weight doing the keto diet, but the sickness was too much!! Has anyone experienced any feverish feelings with nausea doing the keto diet or has anyone tried the keto diet before? Let me know if there’s anything I should know or if I’m doing something wrong here since I got sick from it.
