Pregnancy

Okay so i recently went to the doctor to get started on birth control, right. And check my iron levels, but anyway. They made me pee in a cup. And since I had unprotected sex you know I took a plan b. So I get a call back and they tell me everything is fine and blah blah blah. But, this month, I missed my period. So if I’m pregnant wouldn’t they say something to me about it? Or should i just suck it up and take a test? Asking for a friend because I’m kinda freaking out :)
