Heavy bleeding 🙄

I’m exactly 5 weeks pp, & when I stand it feelings like I’m peeing on myself. TMI, but it’s blood pouring out!!! Literally 😭, & it has a few clots. I’m not sure if this is my period or still postpartum bleeding. Either way I’m over it 🤦🏾‍♀️. This is beyond way to long. Consecutively been bleeding for 5 weeks straight. Just when I think it’s a chance of it stopping instead it increases !!!!
