Pregnancy dieting ish

So I want to start eating better things as I've got stuck in a rut since my ex moved out. I've just been grabbing things quick and they haven't been the best things. Single mum with a 2 year old going to bed at 7.30 and then getting some dinner... you know how it is with toddlers always eating your food!! My question or concern is about losing weight during pregnancy. I'm worried that if I lose a little bit of weight at 30+ weeks, it won't be good for me or baby. I really want to get back into the swing of eating healthy meals instead of fatty snacks all day long. I dont want to diet until after I've had my daughter but I want to start changing my bad food options to healthy ones, I'm just worried I won't be consuming enough calories or eating all the right things if that makes sense?
