Eating problem?

I was told it was best to breast feed until baby is 1 years old. Well my son just turned one and I’m ready to wean but he’s not. He doesn’t eat much solid food. Hated baby food. Anytime we give him something he only eat half of it or chews it then spits it out. He never liked being bottle fed even if it was my milk. Only takes sips of water from cups. I was hoping that by trying everyday he would eventually like to eat real food but I haven’t had luck. I want to start working soon as I took a whole year off and it’s getting hard for my Bf to support us on his paychecks alone. I’m worried my son won’t eat properly when I’m off working. Not sure what to do.
