Didn’t know where to post this but Google hasn’t helped me a lot so far. I encountered two flying carpenter ants within 5 seconds of each other in my room today, and since it is winter, that leaves me to pretty much automatically assume they are nesting and getting ready to mate in the house. I can in no way afford pest control to come inspect it. I’m also trying not to have to buy bait or poison, are there any natural ways to get rid of them, possibly with things I already have in the house?
