Advice please

My grandfather remarried when i was about 10 after my grandmother passed his wife doesn't work she stays home all day and does literally nothing he comes home from work to a dirty house she has 3 dogs there is dog hair everywhere and pee/poo in the house and on the porch because she is too lazy to take them out there are a lot of other things that is just half i know it isn't my house or my business but it upsets my grandfather and I'm not sure how to help him
