Just buried my baby.

We just got home from burying our baby. Surprisingly I feel relieved and better knowing this roller coaster of the past 2 weeks is over. We found out 2 weeks ago exactly that my baby did not have a heartbeat. We had a d&c done finally on Friday and tonight we buried the baby. We had a priest there to give a blessing even though the baby died at only 6.5 weeks. It was nice to hear him tell us that we have a baby that is in heaven and we will see him again when we get there. I am in no way "over it" but I am so ready to move on and I'm glad we were able to pay homage to the little life that we loved. For anyone going through this, I pray for you and hope you too will be able to get closure soon as well. I'll never forget my baby, he'll just be in my heart instead of my arms. ❤️
