Hello ladies, I need some guidance, I’m looking into filing for divorce. We have been married for 7 years and have a 2 1/2 year old son. I have already let him know that I want a divorce. He’s just not interested in starting the process yet. I’m a stay at home mom and already looking into getting a job for my own financial independence. So far things seem amicable and he won’t put much of a fight. We live in Texas. Anyone has gone through a divorce here in Texas and how did it go? Cost? Time? Etc?
