Beard burn?

So my fiancé went down on me two nights ago and he has a lot of facial hair, now it feels like carpet burn on my who-ha!!! Is that normal with someone with facial hair ?

Honestly I like the beard better. When my husband shaves it hurts when he goes down on me like a thousand needles poking me. Lmao but the beard is softer to me for some reason. Does not bother me at all.
