Thighs,arm,and Stomach workout any ideas
Ok so my goal for 2019 is to get to 100 (i am 157 pounds)pound at least and I need my stomach thighs and my arms to just go because right now those thing are not in the best shape....any suggestions oh workouts for those ? I am already doing
20 sit ups
40 front to back arm circles
10 push-ups
10 lunges
And some more but not for what I want can y’all just give me some more ideas plz and thank you
