Only a little, she gets a kick out of handling the long noodles. If they’re really long they might get cut in half. She coughs a little when swallowing them but she’s fine.

I cut the spaghetti in half after cooking it, just so it’s easier to pile up. Macaroni noodles and shells stay whole for her

My son chokes on the long one because he keeps trying to breath while eating. So I cut them in half and he does fine
