Guy friends want to more than friends

I have a guy friend who keeps on flirting with me and won’t stop. I literally tell him we’re just friends ALL the time. He just doesn’t get it. I’m not going to be a jerk and just ditch him because he is a good friend but I have zero interest in dating him. Like never. How do I get him to stop?

He’s really obsessive.
