TMI / Thick brown discharge/spotting

Been spotting since Saturday/Sunday off and on and its now thick brownish colour, I know brown is old blood just scaring me cause it’s coming out when I’m going to the toilet to poo :/ sorry for the tmi first pregnancy and don’t know much, my Doctor isn’t really helping much... I’ve read it could be mucus, is this right?

Has anyone else had this? And been fine, how long did it last if so?
