Hi is there any vet techs or vets on here.

My 6 month old shih tzu Gertrude got spayed 2 weeks ago and everything was going fine but tonight I noticed a reddish lump on the bottom of her insion and I just need some advice of any one has dealt with this. I'm a nervous wreck and will be until tomorrow when I can go to her vet. So any advice will be appreciated, oh and she doesnt seem to be in any pain or anything. Here are a few pictures i just took.
