Please help my brain!!

Our first baby is due in 4 weeks and I am freaking out!! Please tell me some of your good pregnancy stories to ease my mind? I know everyone is different but I keep hearing bad stories about the epidural as well as natural birthing without meds and it's got me terrified of giving birth and I'm feeling hopeless.. Please ladies give me the peace of mind that I desperately need in these last weeks. I want to try natural w/o the epidural but I'm probably going to ask for one, I keep hearing though that it isn't worth it and a lot of people still get pain in their backs afterward... Ugh idk what to do or think.. 😭😭
