How to get rid of tangled hair?

Soo everyday and every time i shower i have  the most nastiest hair TANGLED HAIR in the world that it hurts sooo much to tangled out and it pulled alot of my hair out. Im sooo damn tired of my hair i keeep saying i wanna go bald . ! Idk what to do anymore. My head hurts so bad...

I use a wide tooth comb to comb my hair before shampooing and then after conditioning. All while my hair is under water before I get out of the shower. Let me tell you it has helped tremendously.

I have baby-fine hair and it tangles badly. I use a good quality conditioner and work it through my hair using my fingers like combs. After rinsing I comb it with a wide toothed comb starting from the bottom and gradually working towards my scalp. I let it air dry because a blow dryer can tangle it more. If I'm going to be out in the wind, a hat and/ponytail or braids are necessary if I'm ever going to get a comb through it again.

Conditioner can help but it may also be how you wash your hair. If you pile it all up and then move it around, that can cause tangles. My mom had hair longer than her butt for many decades and taught me to wash my hair without putting it all on top of my head.

I have a specific brush I use , I can’t use any other because my hair tangles easy. It’s a wet brush, and it works wonders for me I barely feel it. Also a good conditioner and leave in conditioner too!
