Do you think children can sense pregnancy? I know there are a lot of crazy stories out there and pets seem to be able to sense it. But I’ve never really been one to search for some hidden meaning on these kinds of things.

Until today when I went over my aunt’s house for a few minutes to pick up something. My 5 year old cousin was there and he said, “you’re going to have a baby” out of no where. And he actually gave me a few hugs during my short visit (he hardly ever talks to me, much less hugs me).

So I was just like...

“What? Who told you this?”

He just basically repeated himself like, “you’re gonna have a baby in your belly.”

Now, I haven’t put on any weight in the last year, but I haven’t been happy with my weight either. I weigh 125 pounds and am 5’4”. But the dress I was wearing hides my fat pretty well.

But my aunt said, “where did you get that from? She definitely doesn’t look pregnant!” And he was like, “yes she does.” So now I’m thinking I’m over thinking what he said and I’m just fat.

But anyway.

I just saw him on Christmas and he didn’t say anything about me having a baby. I have been TTC for a year and a half but it’s only CD (cycle day) 12 for me and I ovulate around CD 20.

About a year ago, my aunt found out I was TTC but we haven’t talked about it since, so I don’t know where he would have heard this from. My 10 year old brother did mention something about becoming an uncle soon, so maybe he overheard him say that?

Well, either way, what’s been your experience with this? Any cute/fun stories? I’d love to hear them 😊
