Boy trouble

So I dated this guy last year for almost 6 months . We were never official and thing originally didn’t end well. It ended up taking me almost a year to get over him but I never fully got over him . We hung out tonight and I realized I’m still crazy about him but I don’t want to waste my time again . Should I just be up front with him about that ?
