Just found out my daughter has a double ear infection and she has had one in each ear in the past 3 months. The doctor mentioned that we may need to talk about her needing tubes soon. I of course am freaking out because I don’t want my baby to need surgery, even if it’s minor.

Any other moms have to have this done for their babies (under 12 months)? How many ear infections did your baby have before it was necessary? Anything else you can tell me about the procedure?
