*update*

Just had the scan and it looks like either my midwife was wrong or baby flipped overnight, as she’s head down and not back to back 😃 thanks anyway for your responses!

Hi all, I’m 36+3 and my midwife has just told me she thinks that my baby has flipped into a breech AND back to back position (she has guessed this by feeling my bump). We have a scan in the morning to confirm, but she’s a senior midwife and says she’s never wrong about these things! Anyway, I’ll now be offered the chance of an ECV to try and get the baby to turn as its unlikely she will do so by herself at this late stage...does anyone have any experience or advice?! If I don’t get the ECV or it doesn’t work, I’ll have to get a c section which I really want to avoid.
