Heartburn 10dpo!?

I have been trying to get pg for 14months now and at 9dpo I had severe nausea all day and also felt dizzy when I stood..I am currently 10dpo and I’m still having nausea and bad heartburn which I never have!Could this be a pregnancy sign?Did any of y’all have this before your bfp?I tested 9dpo fmu negative but I know it’s still early
