Hey guys! So my hubby and I just put in an application to adopt the sweetest Ragdoll cat, he’s 10 months old and hasn’t been cared for very much. When we got to hold and meet him he cuddled up to me instantly and purred in my lap the entire time I filled out the paper. I love him so much and I want him to be my baby, I’m just so concerned that another applicant will get him. This is also my first time adopting a cat but I’ve had several cats in the past and so has my husband so a cat isn’t a new thing to us. How do they choose pet parents for cats? Anything to help put my mind at ease? I know it’s not a for sure thing that we’ll get him and I can’t get my hope up, but I can’t help that I get excited about it.
