Woke up around 5am with some moderate cramps. Dismissed them for normal pains, but they kept coming and were hard to ignore. It's 12:30pm now and these are 100% contractions. Only coming ~30 mins apart but the latest ones were NOT messing around! I was up walking around trying to encourage them to continue and then they hit me like a ton of bricks. Scared and excited this could be the onset of labor... I'll obviously know more as the day continues. I'm 39+5 for reference and had 0 warning signs before this started! Just wanted to warn you ladies that serious contractions can and will strike without warning!!
