Sick at 5 weeks 6 days

I’ve been sick for about a week now it started with a sore throat and runny stuffy nose it got better then last night it was like something was stuck in my throat and I had the worst dry coughs all night I haven’t gone to the dr because since I am pregnant I didn’t think they could give me something to take but at this point idk what to do any advice?
