So I have a beautiful dog that is also my service dog. For the last few weeks I have noticed that every time I work a full day at work and I take my dog out to the dog area at my work there is the exact same white car and older gentleman that pulls up shortly after I get out there. He only stays for the duration I am in the pet area with my dog. Once I get up to leave, so does he. He isn’t on his phone or anything he just sits there and stares at my dog and I. It’s a public area so there really isn’t anything I can do about the situation. He hasn’t really broken any laws either. He never talks to us. Never waves. Never comes to pet the dog. Just sits and stares. Is he stalking me or just admiring my dog??
