I am just over 12 weeks and I have seemed to trade in nausea for a terrible cold and headache. It is hard to breath through my nose and even harder to sleep. Constantly sneezing and blowing my nose is also giving me a terrible headache. I want to avoid medication if possible, but am so miserable. It is really tough to make it through work, especially since I work with kids. Any suggestions on what to do? Has anyone found cold medication that is safe and doctor approved? I just might have to cave because I can only go so long without sleep, lack of food and so much misery! (I know it could always be worse, but yikes this is no fun either!)
