The pill
Hi!
I haven’t been on the pill in quite a while as I had switched to the implant but hated it after a year.
I got put on Cilest and I’m on my week break and my period pain is so bad, is there anyway it can hurt less? Before any birth control my periods were always heavy to the point I felt faint.
Also, can I change the time when I take my pill as I take it at such an awkward time. Thanks☺️
