So today I went out to eat brunch, and chilled a bit after eating. Then I walked a bit around the mall and entered into a store, I immediately started feeling a bit dizzy but I ignored it. After 30 minutes, I felt sudden hot flashes, nauseous and lightheaded, ad if I was about to pass out, it lasted for about 10 minutes. And another thing was slight abdominal pain an hour after the episode. I didn't go to the doctor, I just bought cold water and went straight home to rest. I don't think it's pregnancy, I had my period on Christmas day until the 29th.

Please help, what could it be
