I had a chemical pregnancy that ended on Thanksgiving, talk about cooking your way through tears. Anyways, I had a Nuvaring in my fridge that I requested because I was so heartbroken and scared of a chemical again that I used it for my cycle after the chemical. I took it out the week before Christmas and had my period. I'm in my fertile week now... we are trying but I'm not doing all the stressful things like tracking every little detail or taking ovulation tests all week. I just want to enjoy my husband and have a baby... si my question is, how badly did I mess up my chances by having that Nuvaring for a month? I'm still on track cycle wise, I just hope that month of birth control didn't throw off my ovulation or stay in my system for too long. I should add that prior to that, I hadn't been on BC since May when I had my Mirena removed.
