7 days before expected period

I am having cramps all day. They started last night and have lasted. I had a little pelvic pain last night and today just dizzy, nauseous, and cramping. Could I be pregnant? I want to be, but it’s ok if I’m not. Me and husband aren’t actively trying. Anybody had this before a bfp? With pms I usually only cramp the day before.
