Acupuncture with fertility treatments?

I have had 2 miscarriages this year plus a chemical pregnancy. My age and egg quality at 37 is the issue. If I’m not pregnant by Feb we are moving to iui bc time is of the essence. Anyone had luck or believe acupuncture helps?

Personally I’d save it for the treatments.  The treatments have a lot of testing and research behind them saying they help whereas I think the acupuncture has zero to not much.  I’d put my money where the most testing is.
I’m also 37.  I tried some vitamins and supplements briefly.  I’ve discontinued all of them.  I feel like I want to put my money on things that have the highest most researched chance of working.  But to each his own.
Maybe try meditation on your phone.  Insight is a free app w tons of meditation.  I’d figure that would
Calm you down similarly and it’s free.
Sometimes I’ll be honest though if you believe something is gonna work it has a higher chance of working.  The placebo effect.
So if it would really calm
You and
You believe in it maybe do it.
I know I have to believe in my ability to sleep.  And
Believe the sleep drug I take is gonna work or I can’t sleep.  I went off half the sleep drugs I used to take before trying to conceive and honestly the reason I think I still slept was I believed I’d be able to.  But if I don’t believe I can
Sleep I could take everything on the market and sleep
Poorly.

I’ve been doing acupuncture for a few months now, no luck yet. It’s relaxing though. If your in the US some health insurances cover it. Some people swear by it, so it’s worth a try.

I’ve been doing acupuncture since September not luck yet but I enjoy the acupuncture. I have noticed other benefits such as no more horrible cramps no more headache and just more relaxed
