Is anyone feeling like not eating meet? I am prego 9 weeks couple days. Lately I haven't been finishing my plate and most of the time I eat the rice and leave out the meet.

Right now- I just can’t even look at meat! Honestly just pass me the starches!

I'm the opposite... every time someone grabs an ice cream snack i want a slimjim or a chicken wing! 😂🍗 but chocolate repulses me now... ☹

I was repulsed by meet until this week 12 weeks. Now I’m slowly enjoying it again.

I stopped eating meat before I got pregnant and my doctor said totally fine and safe! Its a lot easier to get protein than a lot of people think.  Good luck to you and your little one 🤗

Yup, it's normal. Just make sure you're getting protein in other ways like other animal products (dairy) or things like peanut butter.
