I experienced a miscarriage on dec 13. I had to make a follow up appointment with a OBGYN so I did. When I went on the 19 they took my blood and told me my hcg was a 77. They then told me I should expect results by Friday. I got a call the 21 saying my hcg levels was 199 & that next Wednesday after the holidays I’ll need to get another blood drawn. So on December 26 I got my blood drawn. I expect a call that Friday but it never came. I started bleeding again that Sunday. I finally got a call today January 3 that my hcg levels are 731. I’m beyond confused on why it’s doubling. I took a pregnancy test before they had called me and it still says I’m pregnant. My appointment was scheduled next Thursday for a ultrasound and yet another blood draw. I cry every time I get a call because I just want good news but it most likely won’t be 😔
