What not to buy during and after pregnancy

Hey guys. First time mom here, was wondering what are those things that people buy and end up not using. Am not sure yet what I should shop for or not. Don't want to buy things I won't need so any advice is welcome.

Varies on women and what the baby likes.  For instance when my mom had my brother she bought him sleep sacks he never used them.  We gave them to my cousin and she wore them all the time. Most things besides the basics id buy only a 2 or 3 and see how much you its put in use before buying more.

Diaper pail and bumbo never get used. Anything that they’d be in for less than 3 or 4 months aside from clothes is a total waste. My sister got a swing, bouncer and rock and play and only ever used the swing. Try to find stuff that’s multifunctional.

Im a minimalistic so i hated anything extra. My family gave me a bumbo and it just sat in my closet and i gave it back to family. Diaper genie i used but i could have done without. Wipe warmers are a waste. Tons of blankets. Changing table is a waste

Everyone is different. For example I like my changing table, a lot of people say they didn't use theirs. None of my kids used the zippy sacks or swaddles.
One thing I will say. Do not get those snap up the leg bodysuits jammies. They're the devil. I got many of them and wanted to burn them all lol. Get regular onesies or for the full suits get zippered ones.
