Too specific to google

Carrie • I have 5 beautiful children all 2 years apart. I have been married for 12 years.
For those of you who suffered from gestational diabetes would you please tell me if my experience resembled something like it?
I hadn't eaten in 3 hours (that's not a long time for me.) But started feeling dizzy and thought I was going to pass out down the stairs of my moms house. I opened her door feeling like my vision looked like everything was farther than reality and ran to her pantry and grabbed the first and easiest thing I saw. It was froot loops. I craved that sugar. Sat down and ate handfuls hoping I'd recover. But then I began to overheat, I could feel it especially on my neck and head and then it spread over my whole body. This went on for 15 minutes. When I stood up I knew my entire body was dripping sweat but the only place I could see were my legs (as I was wearing shorts.) my legs were were dripping beads of sweat all down the outsides. In all my working out I have never sweated so profusely. It was strange. I started to fee better after eating some bread and drinking plenty of water.
I wonder if anyone has a more specific term for something I can actually Google. I would prefer to see if it's an issue before I trouble my dr. with a phone call.
I'm 17 weeks pregnant. 30 years old 130 pounds. I do have a heart condition but didn't feel related.
I hope someone can answer. Thanks ladies. ☺️
