I’m 12 weeks today and experiencing some spotting without cramps. Is this normal? So far it’s not a lot but I’m really scared 😭 I put a panty liner on to keep better track of it now but should I be worried? I’m gonna call my doctor in the morning

Update: fiancée and I ended up going to ER because I was starting to have an anxiety attack over it. All is good. Dr said it’s not a good or bad thing to have some bleeding, did a little ultrasound and he showed me the baby and that it’s all good.
