Took my 3 children out to lunch today only to experience the worse customer service I have ever been given!!

It all started off when we walked into our chosen location to eat and we were told they would be about a minute to seat us due to them having to clean up and table which I was fine with until we were waiting for ten minutes, I walked in a little to see what was going on to find them all in there eating food and talk I was about to walk out and they had said our table was ready so I decided to stay (wrong choice!).

When we got to our seat there was still used napkins and old cups of water on the table which they had to clear as we were sitting, the manger offered us a drink each on the house for the wait which I took and gave them a fresh start (wrong choice again!)

My youngest daughter is allergic to egg so when ordering I have to find out exactly what was in it, when it came to ordering for her I let the waiter know that she was allergic to egg so if I ask what is in it I need him to be 100% sure there’s no egg in and if he wasn’t sure that he went and asked and he understood “yes I understand we don’t want her to get sick” is what he said.

We all ordered and 45 minutes later our food was ready, beside the wait of our order it seemed fine tasted good until I look over to see my youngest to her had broken out in a rash which instantly made me look at her food to find a huge lot of egg.

There we instantly got up and I explained to the person at the counter what had happened and I had to get her to the hospital and I need to pay now and leave, the person at the counter was offended and called over the manger and not letting me pay so I can leave with my daughter mean while my oldest daughter is telling my youngest is wheezing I tell the manger I just need to leave to get my daughter help she begins to ask me a bunch of irrelevant questions to me paying I ask my son to call my husband and ask him to come to my location so he can take my daughter to the hospital, the manger then thinks I’m signalling my son to call 911!

My husband turns up to the location of our where about and tells me to take our daughter to help and he will handle the bill, my husband payed for our bill and met us at the hospital.

After my daughter was discharged I decided I needed to go back to where the incident happened and talk to the manger about what had happened, I took her medical report with me to show them so it doesn’t happen to another family again!

I sat in the office and spoke to the manger she seemed fine at first until she realised who I was and she started snapping at me, I got up and left and decided to never go to that place again.

I am just amazed at how inhuman some people can be to physically had seen my daughter struggling for breathe as I am trying to pay to leave.
