I have a Medela. I've only used it three times, but I wish I would have gotten it earlier. It's great on the go and doesn't hurt my hand. I only pump occasionally when I'm engorged or when I know I'll be away. I got it on Amazon and then ordered larger flanges on Amazon a week later.

I have a haaka, love that thing!! And a lanoish hand pump, I don't pump often only when I'm engorged or I want to empty the breast.
