Answers Please ( TMI )

I’ve been having spotting for a few days on and off went to the doctors office Monday my OB checked and everything looked fine wasn’t spotting anymore and haven’t until tonight After I woke up from a nap I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped I seen a blood clot & also every time I wipe there’s light pink blood I been having mild cramps and lower back pains ** forgot to say I’m 25 weeks and 4 days **

. Have anyone had this issue this is my second pregnancy and this have never happened in my first . Should I go to the ER or jus wait and see if it gets worse .
