I was 5 weeks today, but miscarried. My doc called it a spontaneous miscarriage.. 
 
When should I start doing OPKS again? Any advice would be great

I stopped bleeding after 6 days, got my period a month later, and conceived when I ovulated 2 weeks later.

I think a miscarriage at 5 weeks is a chemical pregnancy, which I also had, and got pregnant the next cycle.  Currently 26weeks.

I had a MC 5w1d (likely chemical) and got pregnant right away, without a cycle in between. Currently 8.5 weeks. Everyone’s body is different—it depends if you ovulate right away or not.

I had my miscarriage at 8 weeks on Oct 31. Had sex all through November and I found out I was pregnant on Dec 9, 2018. I didn't even have my cycle yet and I still got pregnant because my harmonies were so high.
My doctor said you have a 60% chance of getting pregnant after a miscarriage because of the harmonies. Only a 4% chance to miscarry again.
