FRER... dotted control line??

I took this test this evening. I just couldn’t wait until the morning. My period isn’t due for another 5-7 days anyway.... Well this is what shows up. A dotted control line and pretty sure it looks stark white negative. Is this a faulty test? I have another I’m going to test with in the morning but it came from the same box so I hope it isn’t a dud too... Could I still be pregnant? I feel like m out this month 😭😭😭 I give up....

I had this happen a while back, all tests in the box were like that. I think the test is still accurate if there is no second line.

As long as the line showed up and not broken it's fine. The company said so as I also had this once. If is proof the fest is working they're not always 100 percent perfect. If u look in the box they don't even show their lines perfect anymore they make them squiggly.

i had this before and asked the same thing and the girls on glow told me it was normal 🤔 so i’m not sure i had the same question, thought it might be invalid too but was convinced otherwise

Thanks for all the comments ladies. I took another this morning with fmu and it was negative. No dotted line or anything either :( I was hoping it was an invalid test and I’d wake up with a BFP. Guess not. I’m crushed😭😭
