I need advice ASAP .

I’m pregnant . And I know every pregnancy is different but this is my second pregnancy and they say with your second pregnancy you usually feel things earlier . I’m about 10 weeks and JUST NOW started to throw up and I’m not even throwing up a lot . I threw up about 2 times and a 3rd time only because I brushed my tongue and gagged and ended up throwing up. But other than that NO SYMPTOMS AT ALLLLL !! how would I know if my baby doesn’t have a heart beat anymore?? Do you bleed? Cause I’m worried , I haven’t been to the doctors yet either .
