Being picky with the bottle?!

I have been breastfeeding my LO, the last week or two I’ve been starting to leave her with my mom so I’ve left bottles for her. My mom has never had a problem with her taking the bottle, but I’ve tried a few times if I had one handy and she won’t take it most the time! Does that make sense?? Anyone have any advice?

Maybe because she smells her mom and want to breastfeed. Thats why she refuse bottle. You have to try many times.

Some babies take bottles easily from basically anyone that isn’t mom. I know kids who wouldn’t take a bottle unless their mom was physically gone

Sometimes my daughter becomes fussy with me giving her the bottle bc she’s either trying to fart or poop , or overtired. When she’s either , she just gives me a hard time   If she’s hungry and relaxed she takes the bottle in 5 min

She smells you. My daughter will not take a bottle for me. She takes one no problem for my husband. We will see how it is today since today is her first day with my mom. She also will only take Dr. Brown bottles with the preemie nipple. I don’t mind nursing, I actually prefer it. I hate pumping. Lol.
