when do most people get positives?

I'm just curious as to how many DPO do most people get positives. I get AF tomorrow but I got a negative test 2 days ago.

With all my pregnancies. I got a bfp late it took me 8 to 11 days after my missed period for my bfp with each of my 4 babies.

I had negative 3 days before af with a first response. Got my bfp the day af waz due with a dollar store test.

I've been checking every day with cheap dollar store tests since 2 DPO and juts got my positive at 8 DPO.
