Breast lump not painful

I had breast lump its very hard to touch not that much painful.its been 5 days since I get it .I am breastfeeding mom 6 weeks pp.i tried everything heat compression oil massage feeding that side frequency nothing worked .idk actually wt is it .if it is clogged milk duct I may have pain or redness.nnut I don't have . recently I wore bra at night .could it be the reason? Pls suggest me I am afraid of mastasis and breast cancer ...is there any medicine to clear it?
